About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and people‑focused Community Engagement Worker to reach into the heart of Bedworth’s neighbourhoods and help us strengthen community spirit, pride and connection. Through the national Pride in Place programme, Believe in Bedworth is bringing residents, businesses, community groups, and partners together to shape long‑term investment and real, visible change in the town—putting local people at the centre of every decision.

This is a hands‑on, community‑facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, listening to voices that aren’t always heard, and turning ideas into action. Strong communication skills, confidence working with people from all walks of life, and an ability to organise and deliver community activities.
