Senior Product Manager – Logistics/Supply Chain/Operational/retail | Wigan | Hybrid (3 days on-site) We're working with a leading UK-based digital retail provider that’s scaling rapidly and making big waves with their services. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their core operational systems — the heartbeat of their operations. The Role: You’ll be at the centre of digital transformation for healthcare operations. The goal? To build scalable, efficient, and regulation-ready systems that support everything from day-to-day workflows to major strategic shifts. Responsibilities include: Leading the product vision and roadmap for internal operational platforms Working closely with pharmacy, tech, and compliance teams to deliver value fast Translating complex needs (like GPhC compliance) into smart digital workflows Owning and prioritising the product backlog with clarity and purpose Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact (think: error rates, processing time, uptime) What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in product management (retail/operations/regulated industry experience is a big plus) Proven success owning B2B or internal-facing tools in an Agile setup Strong grasp of stakeholder collaboration — especially with cross-functional ops and tech teams Comfortable in the detail (e.g. compliance requirements, pharmacy workflows) without losing sight of the big picture Someone who wants to work on a product that makes a real difference to real people Benefits: 33 days annual leave Funded professional development Pension scheme Gym membership Blue Light Card eligibility
