ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Preparation of all financial reports, including departmental income statements, balance sheets, VAT returns, and external reporting as required.
* Develop dash board reporting for departmental use. Extracting and presenting insights from database.
* Payroll Experience would be a advantage
* Reviews reports and analyses projected sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggests methods of improving performance or processes as appropriate.
* Prepares annual accounts to final TB stage including schedules for external auditors.
* Maintains total confidentially at all times (e.g. customer purchases, accounting records, personnel records, etc.).
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Qualified or part qualified with experience of similar position.
* Previous use of Microsoft365 products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Excellent in Excel, with previous experience of dash board applications – Power Bi, Pivot tables or similar.
* Excellent analytical, business planning, problem solving, and motivational skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* High level of accuracy, organisational skills and ability to work to and achieve by an agreed timetable.
