Temporary Administrator
Brightwork are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client, a well‑known and highly regarded establishment in Falkirk on a temporary basis. This role is for an initial period of 6‑8 weeks, with a potential for extension for the right candidate.
Because of the nature of the client’s establishment, the successful candidate will need to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure before assignment commencement.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and organise internal meetings, working to strict timescales and monitoring performance.
* Update and maintain the internal database with key information.
* Assist with minute taking and distribution of actions for internal meetings.
* Provide management with key administrative support, assisting with general tasks and requests.
* Conduct general administration duties as required.
Qualifications
* Experience working within an administrative‑focused role.
* Confidence working with all MS Office packages and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
* Ability to collate sensitive information in line with Data Protection Legislation.
* Availability to start immediately and commitment to a temporary role.
