Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Working Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including washrooms, reception and communal spaces including lifts, litter picking in car parks
* Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Overseeing a team and ensuring their standards are exceptional
* Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
* Communicate effectively with the contract management team, other service partners and our client to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Skills
* Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any queries professionally.
* Ability to lead and Supervise a team of people
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
