We're a friendly, growing accountancy practice looking for someone who’s eager to develop their leadership skills, build on their professional experience, and play a key role in supporting both our clients and our team.
Who we’re looking for
* Recently qualified ACA or ACCA
* Previous experience working in a UK accountancy practice
* Someone motivated, supportive, and ready to take that step into management — no previous managerial experience needed
If you’re enthusiastic about building your confidence, developing people skills, and getting involved in how a firm operates day to day, you’ll fit right in.
What we’ll help you develop
You’ll receive full mentoring and a clear framework to help you grow into a team manager role, including:
* Supporting and supervising junior staff
* Planning workloads and helping the team stay on track
* Getting involved in practice development
* Taking on responsibilities within the senior leadership group
