Role:
As a Marketing Lead, you will need to think strategically, be highly creative and analytical, as well as having the ability to be a hands-on marketer.
This is a pivotal role to help shape and support the delivery of the NextGear Capital marketing strategy and plans that elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
A networked role, working in a business partner capacity you'll be a key player, weaving connections, influencing decisions, and making things happen.
Objectives for Role:
* Marketing business partner responsible for the NextGear Capital marketing strategy and supporting enterprise marketing initiatives where required. Seek creative and unique approaches to engage customers and differentiate our wholesale funding offering.
* Accountable for executing and delivering the marketing plan and evaluating the results of the marketing spend, including keeping control over multi-channel campaign spend, forecasting and delivering positive ROI.
* Embrace and lead digital transformation within NextGear Capital. Working in partnership with product and design, explore new technologies and digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and deliver a consistent brand experience.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the wider enterprise marketing team, product, technology, sales, and sales enablement to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
* Be the customer champion for funding solutions, ensuring we conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities for growth. Build on these insights to drive into the wider business plus, identify and manage segmentation for campaigns to ensure messaging is relevant to intended audience.
* Responsible for budget management, providing regular reports and insights, translating data into actionable insights and demonstrating strong ROI.
* Ensure brand consistency, quality control and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.
* You must be able to travel regularly throughout the UK and EU.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* Minimum, degree level education (Business or Marketing) with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience
* You will have extensive experience across a broad range of Marketing channels and proven track record of lead generation, brand building and content marketing, plus fluent in digital marketing
* We’re on the lookout for someone with not just a degree (Business or Marketing) but with a diploma in turning ideas into marketing marvels.
* Fluent in the language of digital marketing and a track record that’s the envy of lead generators, brand builders and content marketing aficionados.
* Ability to turn data into action? We need strong analytical skills and excellent ability to influence business decisions.
* A self-starter extraordinaire? Someone who brings a dash of individual skill, a sprinkle of creativity and a truckload of tenacity.
* We need someone who can navigate the marketing universe autonomously while juggling projects.
* Exceptional writing skills and presentation skills is a must!
