3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
5. Reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies efficiently.
6. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
7. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth month-end and year-end processes.
8. Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable transactions.
9. Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
10. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
