Hours: 10– Sundays (6 hours) and 4 hours in the week
Location: Alderley Edge Shop

What you will be doing
* Overseeing the running of the shop on a Sunday, including taking keyholder responsibility (training provided) and supporting a diverse team of volunteers.
* Assisting the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
* Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock.
* Generating ideas to help generate income, with guidance from the Shop Manager.
* Using customer service skills to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
* Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety.
* Performing a varied amount of manual handling and physical activity as part of day-to-day duties.

* Adaptability in changing situations, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate well.
* Flexibility to cover store needs on a rota basis; balance with personal commitments.
