Position Overview
Working exclusively with an international advanced pharmaceutical company, I am currently supporting a key hire within a growing sterile manufacturing facility.
This position is a hands-on production scientist role within a significantly expanding area of pharmaceutical science, operating in a highly regulated GMP environment. From day one, you will have a clear training and progression plan, providing a pathway for development and associated rewards in terms of growth and remuneration.
Key Qualities
As you will be working in small teams, a flexible and adaptable approach is essential. This role will be shift-based, including night shifts, requiring a naturally flexible mindset.

Key Experience and Qualifications
1. Educated to degree (or equivalent) in a Life Sciences subject.
2. Previous experience in a regulated laboratory or production environment is highly advantageous.
3. Knowledge of aseptic working environments (aseptic technique, sterility, etc.) is beneficial.
4. A solid understanding of GMP principles or the ability to work according to strict regulated procedures.
5. Willingness to work shifts, including nights.
