Our cleint is looking for an experienced Build Package Manager to oversee two subcontractors responsible for the
building envelope
and
fit-out works
on a build-only contract. The role is site-based and will require strong coordination, subcontractor management, and technical knowledge to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of the envelope and fit-out subcontractors.
Review and monitor subcontractor programmes, progress, and resourcing.
Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards and in line with design/specification.
Enforce health & safety compliance, carrying out regular checks and ensuring best practice on site.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical queries.
Manage interfaces between envelope, fit-out, and other trades.
Report progress, risks, and issues to the project team.
Drive completion, snagging, and handover of the architectural works.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Package Manager or Senior Site Manager (Architectural, Envelope, or Fit-out)
Strong track record of managing subcontractors in a build-only or D&B environment.
Good technical understanding of envelope systems and fit-out sequencing.
Confident in programme management, quality assurance, and health & safety.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge subcontractors and drive performance.

Comfortable working to tight deadlines on complex projects.
Qualifications
You will hold some form of relevant Construciton qualification (HND, Degree, NVQ)
You will hold a relevant and in date CSCS Card
