* Provide feedback to agencies on progress for their contractors.
* Maintain regular communications with your allocated agency base.
* Build relationship with agency consultants (new and existing) to maintain and grow Danbro market share of each agencies business.
* Identify and secure profitable referrals and look at exploring upsell opportunities to wider Danbro products and services
* Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed.
* Understand commercial aspects of the role and adhere to profitability metrics expected
* Fielding incoming calls and emails
* Proactively ensure outbound calls and activities are completed against achievable KPI metrics
* Attend regular training sessions and perform role-plays relevant to the role to help with coaching and feedback
* Ensure you are continually up-to-date with previous, current and proposed legislative changes.
* Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills.
* Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries.
* Partner with the marketing team to create and distribute merchandise and Point-of-Contact packs to agencies, identifying and capitalising on new marketing opportunities.

* Maintain the appropriate skill / knowledge level of sales best practice and recruitment and accountancy industry knowledge.
* To hold or work towards achieve qualifications deemed appropriate for the role.
