14 hour shifts or 7 hour shifts available

Flexible - 3 or 4 days a week, Up to 48 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our dedicated team, supporting residents living with dementia. In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional dementia care.
* Coordinate and monitor daily care activities, ensuring compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning and reviews.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
* Support training and development of care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a senior care role, ideally within dementia care.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to care.
