Introduction
CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong VMware skills to join a well-established organisation based in Erith, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on infrastructure professional looking to work within a supportive and growing IT team. The role is predominantly office-based and offers a salary of up to £37,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Duties & Responsibilities
* Support and maintain servers, networks, and virtual infrastructure environments
* Administer Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 platforms
* Manage VMware virtualisation and backup solutions using Veeam
* Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and user-related technical issues
* Assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and ongoing improvement projects
What Experience is Required
* Previous experience within a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support role
* Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and backup technologies
