Create a classroom culture that promotes respect, inquiry, and academic growth. Integrate modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with fellow educators to support cross-disciplinary initiatives and enrichment activities. Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community. Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching practice and subject expertise. Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Biology or a closely related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience teaching Biology at secondary level, ideally including A-Level. Strong grasp of the National Curriculum and current assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to tailor instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
