Responsibilities
* Use data‑driven insights to iterate and improve results day on day, week on week, and month on month.
* Support the global paid media strategy and ensure best practices are followed.
* Manage account structure, keyword research, keyword management, bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, and landing page testing to maximise results, drive volume, and hit targets.
* Collaborate with the in‑house design team on banner and ad creation.
* Constantly optimise campaigns to achieve agreed revenue and ROI targets.
* Work with SEO, CRM, UX, and CRO teams to align messaging.
* Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with contextual insights and paid‑media forecasting.
* Manage daily paid‑campaign spend to ensure optimum performance.
* Conduct competitor research and analysis.
* Report and analyze the impact of paid‑media work.
* Manage Google video campaigns (YouTube & Demand Gen) to achieve full‑funnel campaign success.
* Track performance against cost‑of‑sales (COS) %, net contribution, and gross profit (GP).
* Launch new campaigns, set keywords, and write ad copy across all relevant platforms and surfaces.
* Communicate results transparently to trading, buying, and management teams.
* Drive revenue volumes within COS% targets and acquire new customers within CAC targets.
* Prioritise, structure, and manage time effectively across Google, Bing, YouTube, Demand Gen, Programmatic Display, Display, META, and TikTok platforms.
* Utilise key marketing platform technologies and demonstrate optimisation capabilities.
* Communicate clearly, provide detailed insights, and build relationships with internal teams.
* Apply critical‑thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills and manage projects.
Qualifications
* Strong experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
* In‑depth knowledge of Google advertising products (Video, Search, Display, etc.) and other channels.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data, report insights, and drive decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
* Project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Critical‑thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
