Are you an excellent Teaching Assistant or would you like a new challenge? We are looking for someone to join our team of Teaching Assistant's and to support our children at lunchtimes. We can offer training to the right candidate for our school. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, have a desire to make a difference to our children's education and demonstrate high expectations for all. We offer support through an exciting and enriched curriculum. We have extensive school grounds and a thriving music and PE curriculum. We expect all staff to maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management alongside the teacher as well as to support the social and emotional needs of the children. The ideal candidate should have an NVQ 3 or a willingness to study for one, or equivalent, in a relevant subject and have GCSEs Grade C or above in English and Maths. The job is term time only 9-12, pay scale of H2/H3 pro rata salary, 15 hours per week in the classroom. With 5 additional hours to cover lunchtime duties each week, 12.15 to 1.15, on pay scale HB.
