Location: Portsmouth, Hybrid with UK travel
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Who are we looking for? Recent construction graduates, bridge design professionals, or those interested in pivoting into a commercial project role. Lifespan Structures, part of the Centura Group, delivers innovative, sustainable, lightweight FRP bridge solutions.
Role overview: A proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, develop customer relationships, and strengthen supply chain links.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
* Liaise with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
* Create and deliver technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
* Support marketing, tendering, and business development.
* Coordinate installations and ensure project quality and performance.
Candidate requirements:
* Interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Desire to grow professionally and technically.
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
* Qualification aligned with Level 4/6 apprenticeship (training support if needed).
