THE EMPLOYER IS: HELIOS GAS LTDAs a General Admin Assistant you will help with current contracts. You will help with all aspects of office work from admin to marketing. Excel spreadsheets are a heavy feature of our current set-up.
Responsibilities
* Help with overseeing contracts, admin and all associated paperwork.
* Help to organise and allocate response work.
* Back end running of engineer's software.
* Invoicing and accounting.
Skills and Qualifications
* Computer literacy, especially with Excel.
* Experience of running a team of engineers.
* Government contract experience is beneficial.
