Team Lead for Community & Hospital Palliative Care Nurse Specialist
We seek a highly motivated nurse with expert leadership, management, and clinical palliative care knowledge to lead the Community and Hospital Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Teams. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, evidence-based palliative care within a designated budget.
Main duties of the job
* Work alongside the senior management team to support the provision of specialist palliative care.
* Lead the Community and Hospital Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Teams, ensuring expert care for patients and families.
* Develop and grow the team and services to meet local needs and maintain evidence-based standards.
Person Specification
* Minimum 2 years working at a Band 6
* Minimum 2 years working in Specialist Palliative Care
* Advanced Communication Skills Course
* Leadership/Management Skills
* Currently working in a Community or Hospital Specialist Palliative Care role
* Evidence of teaching qualification
* Evidence of managing a team previously

Salary
£49,387 to £56,515 per annum (pro rata if part time).
