1. Leading and motivating a dynamic team of front-of-house and back-of-house professionals.
2. Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service during busy times (300+ covers).
3. Maintaining high standards of guest service while keeping an eye on efficiency and profitability.
4. Cultivating a positive and energetic atmosphere that’s contagious to both the team and the guests.
