We are looking for experienced front of house staff to join our existing team in our award winning Thame cafe, where we offer an all day brunch menu, expertly sourced coffee, amazing cakes and a full range of takeaway options.
Salary - £7.55 to £12.21 per hour + Tips
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of one year experience in either a coffee shop, cafe or bar/restaurant. Barista trained preferred, but full training will be provided. You will be confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner, providing advice on the food and drink offering under-pinned by your own interest in the food and drink sector (a keen interest in baking is always helpful...).
It's a very busy and buzzy environment; you'll be on your feet all day and there are stairs to negotiate
We are looking for people who can work 5 days a week, including at least 1 day per weekend. We will be open day time from Mon to Sun, 8-5.

* Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.
* Manage customer orders efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional hospitality and enhance the overall dining experience.
