Were working with a well-established, independent hotel and events venue in the Hatfield Heath area who are looking to bring in aSous Chef-level professionalto join their close-knit kitchen team on atemp-to-perm basis.

The Role
* Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Working across a mix of la carte service, functions, and events
* Helping maintain consistency, standards, and smooth service
* Being a key part of asmall, tight-knit brigade
What Theyre Looking For
* Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous/Senior CDP ready to step up
* Experience involume service and/or events/banquetingpreferred
* A team player with a positive attitude and good communication
* Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy to get stuck in
* Flexibility to workoccasional evenings and weekends
Pay & Details xsngvjr
* Hourly rate dependent on experience
* Temp-to-perm opportunity (12 weeks)
* Weekly hours to be discussed at interview
* Immediate start available
