In this role, youll support the planning and delivery of internal projects across the business, particularly around acquisitions, integrations, and major change, while making sure everything is delivered to the high standards were known for.
What youll be doing day to day
1. Keeping projects moving: Managing project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies, while tracking progress and flagging risks or blockers early.
2. Making sense of the detail: Creating and maintaining clear project documentation (PIDs, SoWs, RAID, status reports) and pulling together concise updates from technical and business teams.
3. Supporting strong governance: Preparing SteerCo packs, taking minutes, tracking actions, and helping keep documentation and budgets accurate and audit-ready.
