Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our supportive team in Oxford, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will help enhance the wellbeing and independence of residents in a female-only service. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing respectful, person-centred personal care to residents
Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines to ensure a comfortable and dignified living experience
Offering companionship and encouraging meaningful social and leisure activities
Supporting mobility and promoting residents’ independence and physical comfort
Maintaining a tidy, homely environment through light domestic tasks
Providing emotional support and reassurance to create a stable and comforting atmosphere
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous care experience, particularly in personal support or companionship (not essential, full training available)
A patient, kind, and empathetic nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
