Engineering Graduate Programme (2 year Fixed Term Contract)
£33,500 salary, £2,000 welcome bonus, £550 Flex allowance plus up to 10% bonus and benefits. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Have you recently graduated in 2025 with a 2:1 (or projected for 2026) or above in a relevant Engineering degree level qualification (desirable disciplines include civil, mechanical or electrical engineering), or equivalent specialist qualification.
The core purpose of this role is to deliver a safe, efficient and resilient asset base (across a wide variety of assets including airfield, roads, baggage, terminals and specialist systems). This role sits within GAL's Engineering Team and combines engineering with project management.

What is the Graduate Programme?
The role contributes to delivering to core service standards and ensuring the passenger experience is as smooth as possible. Bringing with them their experience and knowledge of emerging practices, processes and technologies, the successful candidate will work with the wider team to ensure Gatwick maintains momentum to meet its Net Zero commitments.
