O2 Business is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to safeguard sensitive data and support the organization’s risk management strategy.
Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Analyst
Salary: Up to £60,000.00 DoE
Location: Nelson
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 to 5:00/5:30 (37.5 hours)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & Mentor Cyber Security Team.
* Support the building of Cyber Security Procedures & Policies.
* Support in Security Architecture decisions.
* Oversee vulnerability scanning processes to validate the effectiveness of patching efforts.
* Arrange and support security penetration testing initiatives.
* Monitor external information sources and provide recommendations on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities relevant to our environment.
* Assess, plan, and coordinate patch management activities for internal systems and hardware.
* Evaluate and recommend server hardening measures for implementation by the Infrastructure Team.
* Assist with the configuration of email and internet security solutions.
* Ensure all security configurations comply with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus standards.
