Senior Support Worker – Make Everyday Matter
Details
Location: Aylesbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £13.53 per hour
Hours: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm, Sleep in 10:00 pm – 7:00 am (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

What You’ll Need
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* You’ll have a QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
* Previous experience in a care/support setting
* A valid manual UK driving licence (Optional)
* The legal right to live and work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
* Ability to lead by example, being professional, patient and calm under pressure – Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
* You’ll supervise daily outputs and assist the deputy manager in managing staff performance, development and appraisals
* Ensure the people you will assist and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality
* Work in accordance with SeeAbility’s values
