Customer service administrator
Greenlinc Plumbing & Renewables is a fast-growing renewables energy installation company focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the customer service department. The role involves first and foremost dealing with all customer interactions, administrative support, and coordination with other team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer enquiries, bookings and maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
* Assist with preparing reports and ordering parts that may be needed.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
* Update and maintain customer account information.
* Complete certain aspects of customer handover packs.
What we are looking for
* Experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
