Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing tailored services to commercial vehicle hire customers across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be part of our growth.

Training and Development
You will join our depot team for in-person coaching and online training sessions with our Talent Development team, learning valuable business skills from capable mentors. Our focus on employee development ensures a comprehensive training experience. The Customer Assistance Representative role offers excellent progression opportunities via our in-house training and development roadmap.
We encourage all employees to excel and reward your commitment with a salary increase of £1000 in your first year. Completing each task on the training roadmap will be assessed and accredited by your leadership team. After around 10 months, you will earn your first promotion to Senior Customer Assistance Representative, with further development opportunities including our leadership development programme, working towards management roles and future career growth with Enterprise.
Hours
42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 07:30/8:30 to 16:30/17:30.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and support operations through excellent administration skills and attention to detail, managing our fleet of commercial vehicles. You will develop new business, maintain relationships, and contribute to a profitable business by focusing on revenue opportunities and cost controls.
We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships with local business partners.

Qualifications
* No driving license required—just the ability to commute to the office

* Ability to pass security checks including criminality, financial, and employment references
