Role Overview
As a Bupa Clinics Administrator and Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. As well as the background administrative tasks you will meet and greet our customers, making them feel at ease and comfortable. You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, even under challenging circumstances.
Our Bupa Health Centre Guildford offers a range of services to include:

You’ll help us make health happen by:
3. Work on reception, greeting customers and helping make their appointment as smooth and friendly as possible.
4. Support our clinical staff with preparation of client files and scanning documents, giving them the time to dedicate to their patients.
5. Perform day to day admin to assist with the operation of the site such as post, answering calls, emails, managing card transactions, invoices and delivery notes.
6. Liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports and correspondence are issued within required timeframes.
7. Ensure our facilities are well presented and provide a welcoming environment, resolving or escalating any issues when required.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
8. Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality or in a similar role as a Receptionist.
9. Experience working as a receptionist would be preferred, but not essential.
10. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and put people at ease.
11. Great time management and flexibility, you’ll need to switch tasks and support where needed throughout your shift.
12. Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the various Microsoft office packages.
