Overview
Hyreus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator with experience managing multidisciplined engineers.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling of service projects from beginning to completion.
* Manage incoming technical questions. Manage the engineer's day by consulting with the Operations Manager to allocate calls.
* Schedule all existing and outstanding work calls efficiently.
* Keep customers and technicians informed of any changes to arrangements.
* Reviewing reports from the field, quoting for remedial works, and sending to customers.
* Order parts from suppliers when given specific information from engineers.
* Answer customer queries or complaints relating to service calls and engineer visits.
* Check incoming orders and process in line with company procedures.
* Maintain database, accurately updating customer information.
* Build and maintain existing as well as new relationships.
* Scheduling/planning local reactive / PPM works
* FGas / Compliance data entry
* Dealing with customer queries
* Sourcing parts & quoting repairs
* Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
* Job costing
Qualifications
* Experience in Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Gas, Catering, A/C or HVAC business, Technical Services, or similar industry
* Ability with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Access
* Produce and maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases.
* Previous multi-project coordination and scheduling experience.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Highly client-driven and initiative-taking
