With a clearly defined and impressive brand position, they are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing/ Paid Social Specialist to help build on their success.
You’ll report into the Head of Digital, supported by the wider marketing team – 20+
Your focus will be on shaping and executing the Paid Media strategy, cross channel. You will work with a multi‑million‑pound budget, ensuring maximum ROI and continued growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Support the brand’s Paid Media strategy, including campaign planning, implementing, managing, and reporting.
* Hands on support of the brand’s PPC & Paid Social campaigns (across all platforms) and activity to support the most commercial plan that supports the brand creative.
* Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
* Work alongside the wider digital team including SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Social Media to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience in a senior Paid Media / Paid Social role.
* Ecommerce experience: agency or client side.
* Experience working in a testing environment, test & learn.
* Confident in managing large budgets, teams, fast paced and senior stakeholder relationships.
* Need to be analytical, comfortable reviewing data finding new opportunities for growth.
