Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from compliance to contracts, to warm welcomes. You’ll also play a key part in sourcing and screening top-tier talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
What You'll Be Doing
* Onboarding Coordination: Be the first point of contact for new starters. Oversee RTW checks, references, DBS processing, training setup, and contract admin.
* Candidate Screening: Review CVs, assess qualifications, and support hiring managers with shortlisting.
* Recruitment Tools: Use ATS and CRM tools to manage workflows and communications.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Managers, TA Partners and HR teams to meet recruitment goals and hiring needs.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and a positive recruitment journey.
* Inbox & Phone Handling: Manage communications with professionalism and warmth.
