We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our HS&E team at our Chipping Campden site.
The role:
You’ll support the HS&E Manager in maintaining and improving our health, safety, and environmental management systems, working closely with teams across the business to embed best practice.
What you’ll do
* Advise and support compliance with HS&E legislation and internal policies
* Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
* Analyse HS&E data and prepare reports for senior management
* Support HS&E representatives and deliver training across the business
* Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
About you
* NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven experience in an HS&E role
* Strong knowledge of HS&E legislation
* Confident communicator with good analytical and organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* £32,000- £38,000 pa dependent on experience
