Job Duties

We are recruiting for a Communications Strategist. This position will develop and execute internal or external communication plans, craft compelling, high-quality content across multiple channels, and oversee marketing related projects to drive organizational impact.

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including websites, landing pages, articles, email, social media, webinars, direct mail, brochures, mobile app, display, programmatic, social, search advertising, sponsored content, out-of-home, print, radio, streaming media, and press releases.
2. Coordinate day-to-day content execution in alignment with the content calendar, ensuring message consistency across programs and audiences, on-time publication, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
3. Monitor all internal and external communications to ensure alignment with brand standards, voice, and guidelines.
4. Produce internal communications content such as newsletters, presentations, and executive summaries for various stakeholders.
5. Participate in department strategic planning for areas of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

6. 7+ years’ experience in public relations, marketing, communications, advertising or related field
7. Experience managing mid to large-sized projects and leading cross-functional teams
8. Experience developing marketing plans and drafting complex communications internally and externally
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to large, diverse audiences in person or online
10. Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and web analytics
11. Ability to independently prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
12. Proficiency with analytics tools, tag management, social media dashboards, and marketing automation platforms Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency and quality across all communications channels
13. Ability to exercise discretion and make sound decisions independently
14. Ability to analyze information, draw appropriate conclusions and communicate results

Work Environment:

15. Typical office environment with considerable time in a sitting, stationary position
16. Must be able to occasionally move around the building or other public venues
17. Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment including typing and keying
18. Frequently communicate with employees and members of the public either in person or online; must be able to exchange accurate information accordingly
19. Occasionally bend and squat to lift or move boxes or supplies
20. Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds independently
21. Periodic travel required
