We're partnering with a fast-growing, premium sports and leisure brand to recruit a Group Facilities Manager. From state-of-the-art courts to modern clubhouses, you'll ensure every location operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the condition, safety, and functionality of all UK sites.
* Implement and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across courts, buildings, M&E systems, and tech infrastructure.
* Source, negotiate, and manage national and regional contractors.
* Maintain asset registers, warranties, and O&M manuals.
* Lead facilities for new site openings, including snagging and defect management.
* Train club managers and support cross-functional teams on asset care.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has 5+ years in multi-site facilities management (leisure, gyms, hospitality, retail, or sports facilities ideal).
* Is commercial, practical, organised, and decisive.
* Can manage contractors effectively and is hands-on.
* Is comfortable travelling and dealing with site issues directly.
* Implements standards and ensures problems are resolved quickly.
