Costs Lawyer / Costs DraftspersonManchester/ HybridOur client, a highly respected and long-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join their well-established Costs Team.The successful candidate will handle a diverse workload that will include:
* Preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and Replies to Points of Dispute
* Drafting documentation for Detailed Assessment Hearings
* Negotiating costs settlements
* Providing costs guidance to fee earners across the firm
What Theyre Looking For;
* Previous experience as a Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson
* Strong working knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law
* Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy levels
* Experience using CostsMaster and the ability to prepare detailed Bills of Costs
