The Role

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join our Management Information and Funding (MIF) department as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in transforming data into meaningful insight, supporting strategic decision‑making, and contributing to continuous improvement across the College.


Your Responsibilities Will Include

* Designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards that are accurate, user‑friendly, and aligned to business needs.
* Creating data extracts and imports that support the effective and reliable management of student and funding data.
* Building innovative, technical solutions to complex business challenges across the College.
* Supporting reporting and analytics from key systems such as OneFile, eTrackr, Dynamics, and ProAchieve.
* Coordinating software updates through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and collaborative working with colleagues and external partners.
* Providing flexible support across the MIF team, including cover during peak periods such as enrolment or system upgrades.
