Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one tutoring for GCSE Maths (Foundation/Higher level)
2. Help the student develop key mathematical skills, focus, and exam techniques
3. Adapt teaching methods to support the student’s learning needs, with a patient and understanding approach
4. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure improvement over the 10-week period
Requirements:
5. Experience tutoring GCSE Maths, particularly with students who have ADHD
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a calm, engaging learning environment
7. A flexible and patient approach to teaching
8. Ideally, a background in teaching or tutoring Maths, but not essential
Additional Information:
9. This will be a weekly session of 1 hour for 10 weeks
10. The student is located in the N12 area (North London)
11. £25-30 per hour, depending on experience
