Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager to work on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in the UK, whilst keeping an eye on the future market. We’re looking to strengthen the Work Winning team by bringing in an additional Senior Bid Manager into the Commercial Structure.
A day in the life of a Murphy Senior Bid Manager
1. Compilation of PQQ Documents.
2. Compilation of Tender Deliverables.
3. Manage the implementation of the Murphy work winning processes, procedures, and toolkits
4. Development and implementation of win strategies
5. Review the scope definition within the PQQ or tender documents and produce a detailed launch pack for delivery to the PQQ/Tender teams
6. Development and implementation of bid programmes
7. Mobilisation and motivation of the allocated PQQ/tender team resources
8. Review alternative proposals or re-engineer the client's specifications and design
9. Manage all client dialogue
10. Develop and compile presentations for both internal and external audiences
11. Manage portal uploads and all clarifications
12. Ensure all actions are completed ahead of PQQ/Tenders being submitted...
