What You’ll Be Working On
* Plastics recycling
* Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
* Ammonia and Hydrogen production
* Refineries and oil/gas processing plants
Your Role and Development
Based at our Leatherhead office, you’ll join a dynamic project controls team, working on projects from concept and detailed design to construction and commissioning.
Key Aspects Of The Scheme Include
* Planning and scheduling, cost management and estimating across multiple project phases
* Structured rotations to broaden technical and professional skills
* Opportunities for international placements in locations such as Baku and Chennai
What Does the Scheme Involve?
You will receive state‑of‑the‑art training and tools to develop your skills and become a key member of our team. The 2‑year graduate programme is IET accredited, and a mentor system supports your journey toward chartership. You could be offered opportunities across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

* Graduates with a 2:2 engineering or finance degree (Masters preferred)
* Passionate about applying engineering in the evolving energy industry

Selection Process
The Graduate selection journey starts with an in‑depth review of applications, followed by shortlisting through phone screening and an in‑person Assessment Day at our Leatherhead offices in February 2026. Assessment Days include group activities, a pre‑prepared presentation, and one‑on‑one interviews.
