As our new Senior Campaigns Adviser within involvement, you will bring direction, energy and bold thinking to develop campaigns that drive change. You will be skilled at identifying campaigning opportunities, implementing impactful campaigns, and ensuring people affected by motor neurone disease (MND) are at the heart of our work.

Your role is central to how we involve our community from the very start. Youll be the Campaigns team lead on ensuring our community is meaningfully involved in developing our campaigns, and youll work closely with our Involvement Manager on this. You will also lead and coordinate volunteers, and ensure they have what they need to contribute.
Were looking for a Senior Campaigns Adviser who brings creative ideas and strategic thinking and can navigate relationships with care and confidence.
Campaign Leadership:
* Lead campaign workstreams (healthcare access, social care, research funding)
* Deputise for National Campaigns Manager
* Plan and delivercampaigns, parliamentary engagement, events, and media activityacross England, Wales, and Northern Ireland
Community & Volunteers:
* Ensure lived experience guidescampaigns
* Recruit, lead, and support campaign volunteers
* Apply best-practice and inclusive facilitation
Campaign Delivery:
* Write campaign content (emails, toolkits, briefings, e-actions)
* Build supporter emails using Dotdigitalor similar platforms
* Update website campaign pages (Drupal CMS)
* Engage with MPs, partner charities, and media
* Track performance and report on campaign impact
You'll have:
* Campaigns experience in charity or public sector
* Proven track record delivering campaigns that led to change
* Strong writing and volunteer management skills
* Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure
* Willing to travel across UK and work occasional evenings/weekends
Desirable:Dotdigital, Impact Stack, Drupal CMS, HTML, patient involvement knowledge
Hybrid working expectations: office attendance one day per week in London
