We’re supporting a high-performing, people-focused professional services business in hiring a bright, ambitious Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fast-moving environment.
This is a role for someone on an upward trajectory, curious, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities.

What you’ll be doing:
* End-to-end diary and meeting management in a fast-paced setting
* Managing and updating databases and CRM systems
* Producing high-quality presentations and documents
* Scheduling and coordinating complex meetings
* Supporting projects and priorities across the business
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in EA / PA / senior secretarial / professional services roles
* Clear, composed communicator who works well under pressure
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
* Confident using technology: MS Office, CRM, Slack etc
* Experience in professional services or supporting an owner/manager
* Ambitious, curious, and keen to keep developing (AI-positive mindset)
Additional Info:
* £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
