* Liaising with the warehouse regarding instructions, orders, and deliveries.
* Giving excellent customer service and keeping customers updated with orders.
* Managing and responding to queries promptly.
* Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.
* Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.
* Managing stock control.
* Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.
* Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.
* Data uploads for e-platform customers i.e., like Zalando, NEXT etc.
* Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.
* Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Operational experience.
* Track record of excellent customer service.
* Excellent Administrative skills.
* Sage experience would be a bonus.
* Knowledge of Zedonk ERP system would be advantageous
Working hours Mon-Fri from 830am-5pm
