Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, passionate clinical practitioner to join the Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Services within LPT & be a part of the award winning LDA Collaborative that is improving the lives of local people.
As the Quality Team Lead you will provide visible, accessible and authoritative clinical and operational leadership to designated services within LDA specifically the Specialist Autism Team, Adult Autism Assessment Service and to the Dynamic Support Pathway hub. You will be responsible for the maintenance and clinical oversight of waiting lists for the services in your portfolio and for ensuring care quality performance and high-quality clinical activity.
You will be accountable for the delivery of effective operational and clinical processes, leading on service developments to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery is maintained across your portfolio of services.
You will hold a professional qualification, have specialist LDA knowledge and experience, and have significant leadership and management experience.

10. Registered nurse/ AHP
11. Hold a degree or equivalent.
12. Hold a leadership qualification.
13. Additional professional knowledge of Learning Disability and autism practice; management and clinical skills acquired through specialist training, short courses to masters level and / or equivalent experience

14. Have a recognised teaching/supervision qualification ideally practice teacher qualification ( ENB 998, Professional practice or management).
