We are seeking a Director of Global Agent Sales to lead our worldwide agent recruitment and partnership strategy across both Oxford Summer Courses (UK) and Summer Discovery (US). This is a senior leadership role that will be pivotal in driving student recruitment growth through our extensive network of global agent partners. You will be responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships, leading a talented international team, and shaping our global expansion efforts.

About the role

Location: Oxford/ Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Working pattern: Monday - Friday 38.75 hours per week (with some international travel)

Salary: up to £80,000 depending on experience, with an additional bonus based on agreed deliverables.

Key Responsibilities include:
Leadership & Strategy

* Develop and execute the global agent partnership strategy for Oxford Summer Courses and Summer Discovery, aligning with overall company objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing international team across different time zones.
* Establish and manage a significant departmental budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

Global Partnerships & Business Development

* Oversee and nurture relationships with our most valuable global agent partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement.
* Identify, negotiate, and secure new, high-impact partnerships in key international markets, expanding our global footprint.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement innovative strategies for increasing enrolments and group sales through the agent channel.

Market & Revenue Insights

* Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to streamline processes, improve the agent experience, and leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Representation & Travel

* Act as a leading ambassador for both brands at key international conferences, industry events, and meetings.
* Travel internationally as required to meet with partners, attend events, and support team members.

About you:

* You are an accomplished leader with a proven track record of managing global teams and driving significant revenue growth.
* You possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven results.
* You are a master negotiator and relationship builder, capable of forging strong, lasting partnerships.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and are adept at managing complexity across diverse cultures and business practices.
* You have outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Essential:

* 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the international education sector.
* Extensive experience leading and scaling multi-cultural teams in a global context.
* Demonstrable history of exceeding ambitious revenue and enrollment targets.
* Proven experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L responsibility.

Desirable:

* Bachelor's or masters' degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience working with a number of global education markets
