Our Client, an international IT/Telecommunications company, is currently recruiting a Hybrid Client Relationship Specialist, to help to capitalise on current business opportunities, drive profitable growth and help support their rapidly growing account base.
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, duties to include:
Provide training, support, and advice on use of IT systems and associated audio-visual hardware to enable staff to engage with video consultation platforms.
Development of new clinical workflows and procedures in line with company guidelines.
Creation of case studies/use care and communication materials including reports, submissions, agendas, and minutes.
Liaising with key stakeholders and identifying and understanding stakeholders underlying needs.
Provide a high quality and efficient client service through the effective deployment and support of the company platform.
Management of project activities including planning.
Support the maintenance of the project management toolkits and templates.
