Social Media & Content Manager – Oxford – £30,000 to £35,000 (£577 - £673 per week)

We are on track for £5M turnover within 12 months and need a creative Social Media & Content Manager to supercharge our digital presence.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and schedule engaging daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. Build on the existing 19,000 follows and average views of 800,000 post views.
* Be the on-camera face for reels, live Q&As, behind-the-scenes clips and event coverage.
* Edit high-quality short-form videos and design graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite.
* Write captivating captions and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversion.
* Collaborate with MD, Admissions and Community teams to share inspiring student success stories.
Essential Skills:
* Confident and professional on camera with solid and demonstrational social media or content creation experience.
* Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
* Up-to-date with social trends, hashtags, audio and viral content.
* Strong writing skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
