We’re looking for a Senior Test Design Engineer (or above) to serve as a technical linchpin for our growing UK team. This isn't just about passing or failing—it’s about designing the systems that ensure excellence from concept to launch.
Your day-to-day impact:
1. Architect Innovation: Develop cutting-edge test concepts and designs using the industry’s best tools.
2. Full-Spectrum Ownership: Lead design creation, analysis, and verification across the entire product lifecycle.
3. Collaborative Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between "it works on paper" and "it thrives in the real world."
4. Drive Efficiency: Champion a Lean Sigma culture, hunting down waste and optimizing processes like a pro.
5. Documentation Excellence: Ensure every project is backed by comprehensive, high-quality documentation that meets rigorous standards.
Who You Are
You’re a high-energy problem solver who understands that "quality" is a mindset, not just a department. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a deep-seated passion for the full product realization process.
The Essentials:
6. The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
7. The Experience: 10+ years in test design engineering. You’ve been around the block, and you know where the potholes are.
8. The Toolkit: Mastery of LabVIEW and TestStand is a must.
9. The Expertise: Proven success with automated test systems, functional testing, and environmental stress testing.
10. The Mindset: A black-belt-level grasp of Lean Sigma principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.

11. A natural ability to build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
12. Expertise in structured design and a "cross-discipline" vocabulary.
13. A love for the lab—comfort with high-end measurement equipment and diagnostic tools.
